Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within [1–3 business days] after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During launches, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Australia Standard Delivery: [2–5 business days]
• Australia Express Delivery: [1–2 business days]
• International Delivery: [7–15 business days]

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, customs, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Free shipping may be available when your order meets the minimum value shown on our website or during selected promotional periods.

Pre-Orders

Some NutriSprout Kids products may be offered as pre-orders before the first production batch is ready.

The estimated dispatch date will be clearly displayed on the product or checkout page. Pre-order dates are estimates and may change because of manufacturing, packaging, quality-control, or supplier delays.

If a significant delay occurs, customers will be contacted using the email address provided with their order.
